Whatever you find yourself doing, taking a break from walking, running, cycling, horse riding or catching up with friends you can enjoy a choice of fresh hot or cold food and drinks. You can choose from a range of freshly made sandwiches, paninis and soup, or maybe you have a sweet tooth, in which case there are lots of unbelievably delicious cakes made by local suppiers to indulge in. If you are a coffee enthusiast or a confirmed tea drinker we have something for you and our volunteers will be happy to make them to your specifications. There are kids meals for younger people who call in and even our 4 legged friends are welcome with drinking water and doggie treats to keep them happy.
With tables inside and out you can pull up a chair and rest in the relaxed surroundings of the garden or the comfort of inside. Have you tried out ‘Tony’s Seat’ yet? Made from old pews from the Whitegate Methodist Chapel.
The Old Station House is home to the Cafe having previously been an office for the countryside rangers. It’s our hope the Cafe is seen and used by visitors and locals alike as a great resource which brings people together.
