DESCRIPTION:Sunday 23rd March 2025 – 10:30-13:30 (Light lunch included) Venue: Station House Cafe\, Whitegate\, Cheshire\, CW7 2QE Tickets: £40pp\nAt this time in the year night and day stand equal\, nature awakens from winter’s rest.\nDuring the Workshop you will experience a blend of joyful movement\, creativity and contemplation\, helping you to find harmony between action and rest\, giving and receiving.\nWe will use mindfulness\, essential oils\, storytelling\, photography and coaching techniques to consider our own Wheel of Balance and help you find harmony between action and rest\, giving and receiving\, in tune with the energy of the changing season.\nYou will take home an ‘Intention Pot’ complete with planted Cosmos seeds and a wooden hare charm to support you in implementing your reflections and actions.\nA herbal tea and a nourishing lunch of homemade soup\, and cake are included (please advise in advance of any allergies).\nJust bring your smart phone\, your journal\, a pen\, a coat and shoes you are happy to wear for a short walk along the Whitegate Way.\nPlacers are limited.
